Sarah Kilby
Director
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Law and is currently working towards her Certificate III in Childcare. Sarah has vast knowledge of the intricate workings of TCC through her previous role as Secretary of the committee as well as a parent of children attending the Centre.
Her experience working as a solicitor and a political advisor as well as her previous roles on the committee are a real asset to the TCC team.
Ashley Finn
Lead Educator
Ash is the room leader in the "Boomers Room" and the Educational Leader at TCC and comes to us with a wealth of experience from previous centres and a role as a nanny. Ash holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and her main focus is school readiness. Ash is also currently studying a Bachelor's Degree Early Childhood Education. Since starting here in January 2022, Ash has made vast improvements in the 3-5 year old space, in particular their transition to school. Ash believes in positive reinforcement and providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all children. (ON MATERNITY LEAVE)
Ashleigh Farrar
Lead Educator
Ash is the room leader in the "Joey's Room" at TCC. Ash is very well-known to all the children at TCC.
Ash holds a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and is currently studying her Diploma. Since starting here in January 2022, Ash has discovered a real passion for Early Childhood Education and is enjoying learning more each day through her studies and through interactions with children. Ash believes in building positive and loving relationships with the Joey's and using routine to aid their development. (ON MATERNITY LEAVE)
Meg O'Toole
Educator
Meg commenced her role here in 2022 and quickly became an invaluable member of our team. Meg has new ideas every day and provides innovative experiences for children in the Joey's room. She has an artistic flair which she brings to her role at TCC.
Meg is calm and patient with the children and they adore her. She holds a Certificate III. Meg will be sharing the role of Joey's Room Leader with Kristy Sunderland in 2025 while Ash Farrar is on maternity leave.

Kristy Sunderland
Educator
Kristy holds a Certificate III and is currently working towards her Diploma. Kristy is a valuable member of the TCC team and comes in each day ready to engage with the children. Kristy has spent most of her time at TCC working with the Joey's Room and in 2025 she will be sharing the role of Joey's Room Leader with Meg O'Toole while Ash Farrar is on maternity leave.
Kayleen Whiley
Admin/Educator
Kayleen holds her Certificate III in Children’s Services & a Certificate in Multilit. Kayleen has 10 years experience in working with children and their education. Kayleen is passionate in caring for children. She works to provide a stimulating and fun environment for the children. Kayleen's strength for the team is her art and craft abilities to provide a variety of sensory and stimulating creative activities.
Elise Nixon & Lauren Flavel
Elise and Lauren both hold a Bachelor of Teaching and will be working at TCC in the Boomer's Room in 2025 to cover Ashley Finn's maternity leave. Both Elise and Lauren have great experience working in early childhood education and bring with them a wealth of knowledge and fresh ideas. Lauren will also take on the role of Educational Leader in 2025.
